Who is BOS Hotels?

- How does the reservation system work?
Begin by selecting a city or town, either from the map or menu on our
home page. You will also be asked for the dates of your stay and the
number of persons. From that point, simply follow the results and
instructions page by page.
You’ll receive an email confirmation of your reservation within 48 hours.
- What is your payment and cancellation policy?
Your credit card will be charged twenty percent (20%) of the estimated
total seven (7) days before check-in. We say ‘estimated’ because you may
incur additional room charges (meals, mini bar, etc.) during your stay.
Then, the balance will be charged at check-out.
A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel within seven days
before your reserved check-in. Precise cancellation fees vary by hotel.
Please bear in mind that some hotels will bill the entire quoted room
rate if you cancel within just two or three days of your scheduled
check-in, or for a ‘no-show’ (failure to check in without advance notice
of your intent to cancel).
In the case of certain special promotions, hotels may charge the entire
basic room rate upon reservation rather than a week in advance or at
check-out; additional room charges would be billed at check-out.
