Unless indicated otherwise, all of the rates on Chat & Tour Srl’s website (at www.boshotels.com) are intended as price per room for the entire duration of your stay. We never indicate the so-called rack rates or the rates of our competitors. Please consult the room details to verify what is and is not included in the price.

3. Credit Cards Your credit card details will be handled with the maximum level of security possible in a confidential manner. Chat & Tour Srl will debit, as a non-refundable deposit, 20% of the total amount of your stay, 7 days before your scheduled check-in at the hotel. The balance will be debited directly by the hotel when you check out unless an alternative arrangement is expressly indicated, for example in a specific hotel’s conditions or in the conditions of a special offer rate. Your credit card information may be retained temporarily to allow the hotels to guarantee your reservation. Your reservations will be made directly by the hotel and each transaction is 100% guaranteed. Chat & Tour Srl is not responsible for potential misuse of the transactions made with the customer’s credit card by third parties, but in the event of such misuse shall make every effort to assist you in resolving any problem, dispute or discrepancy.

4. Free Service and Transparency of Transactions Our service is completely free. Therefore, no additional fees or expenses will be applied to the price of the room. The price indicated on the site is what you will be charged.

5. Cancellation In the event that you cancel your stay, please refer to the cancellation instructions in the confirmation email. If you cancel your reservation according to the hotel’s cancellation policy, you will not be charged anything. If you cancel your reservation too late in respect to the hotel cancellation terms or in the event of a no-show (i.e. you do not arrive for check-in at the hotel), the hotel will charge the amount that, in most cases, corresponds to the equivalent of the first night of your stay.

Our services are based on the information provided by the hotels, who are the only parties responsible for the accurate content relating to descriptions, services, prices, and facilities.
